CANCELLATION POLICY

Your booking is a contract with the Swan Hill Riverside Caravan Park, which we will honour.

All cancellations need to be in writing. A fee of $20.00 applies to all cancellations

Your deposit will be forfeited should you find it necessary to cancel the booking within 14 days prior to your arrival date however, bookings for peak periods or special events do require 28 days notice, again in writing..

Peak periods are All State School Holidays and long weekends incl. Melbourne Cup
